About the Position:

·   Join a team consisting of 1 Physician and 1 APP

·   Outpatient only

·   Flexible schedule (4 10’s or 5 8’s)  

·   Clinic hours M-F 8a to 5p

·   EMR – Epic

·   Lab and X-Ray onsite

·   Must have Women’s Health (WHNP) credentials
