- Maintain and grow an established practice in an affluent community
- Take over existing patient panel
- Join 2 PT PAs, 1 FT PA, and 1 PT RN
- Must be board certified or board eligible
- Graduating residents are welcome to apply
- 2 weeks of vacation time and 6 holidays; CME time available
- Located along Long Island Sound in a quiet and upscale community
