Mix of 80% hand ortho and 20% general ortho cases
Call is 1:4 currently, but will transition to 1:6 in future with PAs taking first call
Join team of 3 orthopods and 3 PAs
Generous base salary with rural stipend plus bonus potential
$30,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
Loan repayment and malpractice paid
Comprehensive benefits include health coverage, retirement plan, and CME allowance
New physician will be the only hand orthopedic surgeon in the local area
