We have an excellent opportunity for civilian Full-time Physician Assistant supporting Travis Air Force Base at the McClellan Satellite Clinic in Sacramento, California.

Position Highlights:

  • Full Time / Monday-Friday / 7AM-4PM
  • No on-call, night-shifts, weekends, or holidays requirements!
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Full Benefits Available – including Health, Dental, Vision, & 401(k)  
  • Competitive Compensation, with an estimated annual income of $150K to 160K

Position Responsibilities:

  • Become the primary care manager for a panel of patients and be responsible for the management of health and wellness of assignment patients
  • Approve sub-specialty referrals
  • Stabilize and manage a patient in a medical or surgical emergency 
  • Perform urological procedures
  • Perform the following blocks: Digital, local infiltration, and intercostal
  • Travel: May be required to attend mandatory training requirement at David Grant Medical Center

Position Requirements:

    • Graduate of a Physician Assistant Training program 
    • Physician Assistant certification by the National Committee on Certification Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
    • At least 24 months of experience as a Physician Assistant within the last 36 months
    • BLS and ACLS required
