Job Title: Pediatric Anesthesiologist

Provider Requirements:
- Board Certification: Board Certified
- State License: Pennsylvania license preferred but will accept candidates needing to obtain a license.
- Fellowship Training: Fellowship trained and board certified in Pediatric Anesthesiology.
- Anesthesia Scope: Must be willing to provide anesthesia services for infant, pediatric, and adult patients.
- Coverage: Ability to provide coverage 1 week/month.
- DEA: DEA Required
- Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, NALS, PALS
Job Details:
- Coverage Need Details: Approximately 10 shifts per month, with 1-2 weekend pager calls. In June, July, and August, the need increases to 15 shifts and 2-3 pediatric pager call weekends.
- Estimated Shifts/Month: 15
- Privileges Available: Full Privileges
- EMR / Charting: Epic
- Types of Calls: 30-min Response
- Notes re: Call: Pager call is for pediatric patients only, with infrequent call-backs, typically a few times per month.
- Travel Allowed: As needed - Mileage (Personal Vehicle); Airfare; Lodging; Parking; Rental Car & Fuel; Ground Transportation.
- Providers Typical Day: Schedule M-F: 7AM-5PM (Usually ends by 5PM, sometimes earlier). Pager Call Overnight 7PM-7AM. Weekend Pager Call with Call Back.
- Days to Credential: 90
- Other Job Notes: Will perform solo cases for both pediatrics and adults along with medical direction of CRNAs. Ideally, candidates should also care for adult patients during the day, as daily pediatric cases are not always available.
