Flexible Scheduling for Pittsburgh Hospitalist
Daytime and Nocturnist positions available. Daytime pay is $320,000. Nocturnist pay is $375,000. Sign on bonus determined by length of contract you sign. Relocation allowed up to $12k. Average patient census of 15 per day with 1-2 admissions. All the medical subspecialties to consult and the medical staff really works well together. Very strong cardiology and GI services.. EPIC EMR. Hospitalists work a flexible schedule. Seven on-seven off is fine, but not required. Full time hospitalists are contracted for at least 15 shifts per month. . Accrue up to 80 hours of PTO annually with a carry of up to one times that amount (max 160 hours) to use for extended vacations, CME travel..
