About Providence Care Center
- Located on two beautiful campuses near the coast of Lake Erie, The Commons of Providence and Providence Care Center provide an array of senior living services in the Franciscan tradition of quality care.
- Providence Care Center, designed for comfort and accessibility, features 138 shared and private skilled nursing suites, including 14 dedicated exclusively for short-term rehabilitation patients. The Center features an aquatic pool for its post-acute rehabilitation patients.
