Opportunity

• Group with surgical and robotics expertise?
• Flexible office hours, 1.5-2 OR days per week based on surgical volume
• Surgical cases at the main hospital, critical access hospital, and surgery center
• 24-hour in-house hospitalist service available for ED admissions
• No more than 1:3 call, very light with mostly phone consultations on the off hours
• Office procedures (cystos male/female, vasectomy under local, bladder and prostate biopsies, stent removal, PTNS, CMG, PNEs with Axonics, Bulkamid, and Botox injections)
• Equipment (Olympus CV 170 Cysto Towers x 3, with two rigid scopes and two flexible, Phillips Epiq 5 Ultra Sound, UroNav Fusion Biopsy, Urodynamics, UroLift, Nitrous)
• Four da Vinci??Xi? Surgical Robots with da Vinci??Table?Motion
• Establishing prostatectomy and cystectomy programs fed by 6 other providers.
• Opportunity to provide and receive mentorship.

Compensation

• $500K-$600K base salary that continues beyond the first contract term (based on experience)
• W/RVU bonus, loan assistance, signing bonus, relocation, CME stipend
• Loan support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly, or annual stipend)
