Seeking an experienced Primary Care provider to join an academic health system in Connecticut. They are adding an Internal Medicine physician to a new office and location. Come be part of this expansion with 15 exam rooms. Located just outside North Haven, CT.

- 1:1 MD: APP
- Call is 1:10 weekend call
