**PA Cardiology Opening in Stillwater, OK**
-Full Time & Permanent Position.
Provides health care in collaboration with physician(s); assists supervising physician in surgery, clinic, hospital, and on-call, as needed. Manages selected cases according to established protocols; maintains case histories, medical reports, and other records; prepares treatment plans; orders x-rays and other diagnostic procedures; writes prescriptions according to protocols; refers acute and chronic care patients; patient education counseling; conducts health assessments utilizing diagnostic tools and laboratory tests.
**Qualifications**
-Currently licensed by the Oklahoma State Board of Licensure and Supervision.
-Demonstrates graduation from an approved school for Physician Assistants.
-Experience in a clinic or ambulatory setting preferred.
-National certification as Physician Assistant.
-Licensed under the supervision of an Active Staff physician.
-Physically and mentally able to conduct job duties as listed.
-Maintains malpractice coverage as defined by the Board of Trustees.
-Current CPR card or completion of course within 30 days of hire.
