Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner Opening in New Hampshire
Located in ***Peterborough, NH*** - Manchester 45m; Boston 70m
- This hospitalist nurse practitioner position will have expertise and experience in acute and chronic management of senior patients.
- The position will require travel between multiple residential and long term care facilities.
- This position is a hybrid of acute and chronic care management wherein the NP will develop his/her own practice.
- The nurse practitioner is an independently licensed profession, functioning within the scope of his/her license, and in accordance with MCH policies and procedures.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, must have successfully completed an approved nurse practitioner program.
- Must have a current license to practice as an ARNP in the State of New Hampshire, must have a current DEA number, and must be insurable through system's professional liability insurance coverage.
- Experience: Prefer 3 years in clinical or practice setting.
Not-for-profit hospital, owns a primary care network of physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, psychiatrists, psychologists and social workers. This network provides a wide range of primary and behavioral health care services for individuals and families with offices in Peterborough, Rindge, Jaffrey, Antrim and New Ipswich.
