**NP/PA Post Acute Care Opening Near Springfield, MA**
Springfield MA 8m, Hartford CT 33m, Boston 90m
Seeking a highly skilled and compassionate nurse practitioner (NP) or physician assistant (PA) to join our growing team providing primary care/general medicine services in an inpatient behavioral health setting in Holyoke, Massachusetts.
* Full-time
* 4-5 days per week / Weekend and Holiday schedule required (Split / Rotating)
* 8am - 4pm
* We are required to provide 7 day a week coverage so Weekend and Holidays will be scheduled on rotating and/or split basis
* Must be able to see adolescent patients
* No call
* Inpatient Behavioral Health
* Number of Beds: Approx 100
* EMR: HCS

* Individual will ONLY provide General Medicine care
* Initial H&P
* General Medicine Consults
* Approximately 15 encounters per day
