**Urgent Care NP Opening in La Grande, OR**

Seeking an innovative, reliable and flexible nurse practitioner who enjoys working with a supportive and caring group of healthcare professionals and desires a work life balance with schedule flexibility!
* Fulltime, permanent position
* Employed
* Urgent Care Clinic
* Flexible Schedule 10-12 hour shifts
* Average 15-20 patients per day
* Scribe provided for providers that average 15+ patients per day
* X-ray on site
* 6 exam rooms
* Epic EMR
* Highly competitive salary and rich benefits package. In addition, we will provide CME allowance, relocation expense, professional liability insurance and much more.
* Join two NPs, who together serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Union County, Oregon.
* Must be Board certified or eligible.
* Independent 501(c) 3 not-for-profit health system that includes a community hospital and 13 primary and specialty clinics.
**Compensation & Benefits**
* Very competitive total compensation opportunity (143k+)
* RVU production bonus opportunity based on annual threshold
* Quality incentives up to $16k annually
* Commencement bonus of $20,000
* $8,000 annual CME, licensing, dues, subscription + paid CME time
* Student loan assistance
* Hospital employed
* Full benefits including a 401k match
* Paid malpractice

The Mount Emily Recreation Area (MERA) is just two miles from La Grande, providing nearly 3,700 acres of year-round access to the Blue Mountains. In winter, MERA is popular spot for back-country skiing and snow-shoeing. Union County is home to Eastern Oregon University.
