Seeking a BE/BC Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join thriving group in coastal NC.
This dynamic, hospital owned multi specialty group consist of 100+ physicians and extenders with offices in four coastal NC counties. The Cardiology Team currently has 13 Cardiologists and 3 Cardiac Thoracic & Vascular Surgeons in the group. The well established, well respected group includes 5 Interventional Cardiologists, 2 Electrophysiologists, as well as invasive and general Cardiologists.
The Cardiothoracic Surgeon will perform both simple and complex procedures of the heart, lung and vessels, including TAVR and CABG, as well as minimally invasive procedures. This position will receive outstanding general, interventional, and electrophysiology cardiology support.
- The salary and benefits package is exceptional and will be more than competitive with a minimum 2-year salary guarantee and bonus potential.
- They have the full complement of benefits, health and dental for the family, long term and short disability, life insurance, 403(b) tax shelter annuity, 457(b) deferred compensation, and money purchase pension plan for retirement (one of the very few hospitals with this great benefit).
- Malpractice insurance (retroactive & tail).
- 30 days of vacation.
- 10 days CME, $7,000 for CME expenses and dues/subscriptions
- The compensation model is productivity driven and based on WRVUs with obtainable bonus incentives.
