**Critical Care Leadership Opportunity in Michigan**
Located in Kalamazoo, MI.
Full Time & Permanent Position.
Group located in southwest Michigan is seeking a critical care physician. The ideal candidate will also have responsibilities within the medical leadership team, overseeing the systems physician intensivist program which employs 14 physicians and 8 Advanced Practice Providers.
**This position includes**
-Employed position within the group, which has 679 providers.
-A strong interdisciplinary team dedicated to critical care, that incorporates APPs, medical assistants and nursing support.
-System-wide Epic EMR (Gold Stars Level 10), integrated with community care sites.
-Competitive salary, comprehensive benefit package, loan reimbursement, CME stipend, malpractice with tail coverage, and generous PTO & CME.
**Qualifications**
-Medical degree from accredited university.
-Board certified or board eligible.
-Current MI license or eligible for medication licensure in the State of Michigan.
-Leadership experience highly preferred.
