**Dermatology Opening in CA**
Redlands, CA (Only 1 hour from Los Angeles)
FT Permanent
Some MOHS
The practice has 9 growing locations located throughout Southern California, which includes locations in Riverside, San Bernardino and Orange County. They are looking for a full-time (4/5 days a week) Physician to work out of multiple locations in and round Riverside and San Bernardino county. Combination of work locations would include 3-4 locations, Medical and Surgical needs and some Cosmetics.
This is a great position for a dermatologist who wants to deliver great patient care to an underserved area, be rewarded by the group for service excellence and continue to perfect craft, while improving standards of care across the company.
Group is set on finding a long term physician who can adapt and change with a growing company, participate in expansion conversations, be a face to the dermatology community in which he or she serves. Earn in opportunity discussions have taken place and may be available after first couple of years of employment. Consideration is strictly based on alignment of companys vision, mission and values.

Multispecialty Group Derm/Plastics
Guaranteed Base Salary of 350-375K
Opportunity to earn 500K + per year based on production/collections
Current caseloads available 35-45 patients per day, potential for increase based on physicians practice preference
Bonus Structure based on production/WRVU , clear analytics provided each month
Ancillary department and over the counter product quarterly bonuses
3-5 weeks of combined vacation/cme and sick, + 6 paid holidays
2,500 annual CME allowance
Malpractice, dues, license and subscriptions paid for annually
Mohs potential 2-3 days per month, 8-15 Cases Per Day
Supervision of Mid-level Providers
Flexibility of work days
Travel between two Redlands locations 5 miles apart
Modernizing Medicine Practice Management, Modernizing Medicine EHR EMA Medical records (IPAD documentation), Modernizing Medicine RCM billing and collections
2 Medical Assistant Scribes

Onsite practice managers, defined processes and workflows, standardize clinic setup and training
