**Emergency Medicine Opening in Paducah, KY**
Seeking BC/BE Emergency Medicine physician (open to FM/IM with emergency medicine experience).
* Independent Contractor (1099)
* Full-time
* Annual volume is 37,500
* 36 hours of physician coverage
* 24 hours of advanced practice clinician (APC) coverage
* Clinician sees 2.1 patients per hour
* EMR is EPIC
* Admission rate is 22%

373-bed acute and skilled care facility that serves approximately 200,000 patients a year. As a regional medical and referral center, this facility provides a comprehensive range of services, including cardiac and cancer care, diagnostic imaging, women's and children's services, surgery, emergency medicine, rehabilitation, transitional care and wound care. The main campus covers eight square blocks, in addition to off-site facilities including outpatient rehab, occupational medicine, primary care, school clinics, imaging and lab.
Paducah serves as the micropolitan hub for more than 60,000 residents of western Kentucky. It is the largest city in the region located on the confluence of the Tennessee and Ohio Rivers.
