**Emergency Medicine Opening in Longview, TX**

* Independent contractor position
* Freestanding Emergency Department
* Join a well-established team in this state-of-the-art facility, featuring 9 beds, ultrasound, CT, radiology, and in-house labs, with a manageable caseload annual volume of 6,000.
* Annual volume of 14-17 patients per day
* Medical liability insurance provided with tail coverage
* Flat hourly rate
* 12 hour shifts (24 hour shifts available)
* Board certification required
* Transfers will go to our Level 3 trauma center a mile down the road
* Competitive compensation
* $30,000 sign-on bonus
Brand new freestanding emergency department associated with Medical Center, which is a 224-bed facility that provides healthcare to the surrounding community. Medical Center is 180 physicians and healthcare professionals strong, quality-driven, nationally recognized for chest pain and stroke care, and dedicated to great patient service, with multi-specialty clinical expertise.
Home to 25 lakes within a 75 mile radius of the city, piney woods and rolling hills, Longview, Texas, is the hub of East Texas outdoor recreation and leisure travel. As residents you'll discover a friendly community, annual festivals, fine dining, a historic downtown and more. The Big Pines Blues Fest happens during the summer along with the Great Texas Balloon Race, which brings world-class hot air balloon pilots from around the world to compete for points towards national and international titles.
