**Responsibilities:**
* Provide comprehensive medical care to patients presenting with acute medical conditions, injuries, and emergencies
* Perform initial patient assessments, including history taking, physical examinations, and ordering diagnostic tests as required
* Develop and implement treatment plans based on evidence-based medicine and best practices, considering the individual needs of each patient
* Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing clear explanations of diagnoses, treatment options, and potential risks and benefits
* Monitor and reassess patients regularly, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and addressing any changes in their condition promptly
* Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, research projects, and departmental meetings to promote excellence in emergency medical care
