**Family Medicine opening in New Hampshire**
* Seeking Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Whitefield and/or Lancaster.
* 36 patient care hours and 4 admin hours (Whitefield, NH and/or Lancaster, NH)
* Average 20-24 patients for full-day office visits
* No On-call
* Age distribution pediatric to geriatric, high elderly population in the area
* 1:1 MA support
* RN Team Leader
* Salary based on MGMA
* $268,000 based upon 5 years of experience
* WRVU bonus potential - paid out in salary of the following year once target is hit, 50% payout of anything above
* CME time and money -up to $4,000 and one week
* 5 weeks of vacation, 5 days of sick time
* 403b, 457, Medical/Dental/Vision, life insurance, STD/LTD packages available
* Relocation assistance of up to $9,000 rental assistance for the first 6 months (taxable), up to $10,000 of moving assistance
* Sign-on/commencement/retention bonus possibility (paid out in installments)
