* Care for patients of all ages to promote wellness and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
* Full subspecialty support in network within 35 minutes of clinic, with specialist rotations in clinic.
* Clinic is on the campus of Hospital with emergency services, surgical services, diagnostic imaging and cardiovascular testing available.
* New residents welcome!
* Indiana is physician friendly with the elimination of non-compete clauses for primary care physicians as well as a favorable malpractice climate due to tort reform.
**Position Details**
* Outpatient only - 100%
* Collaborative, supportive partners and staff
* Full subspecialty referral support in network
* Existing patient base available with opportunity to grow
* Office based procedures encouraged and supported
* Call 1:4 or greater (telephone only)
* New and recently remodeled clinic space with efficient workflow
* Family-oriented community resulting in great quality of life
* Attractive base salary with incentive opportunity
