Tyler 55m; Shreveport, LA 95; Dallas 116m
* Full-time, Permanent
* Average patient load of 18-22 per day
* EMR: EPIC
* M-F 8a to 5p
* Lab and X-ray onsite
**Recruitment Package may include:**
* Base salary + w/RVU production incentive
* CME allowance
