**Family Medicine opening in Iowa**
* Located in ***Independence, IA*** - 66m from Dubuque; 118m from Davenport
* Full time, permanent
* Seeking two Family Medicine providers to join new clinic
* Service area of around 280,00
* Health system employed position
* Practice at one location
* Clinic only, no hospital
* Call 1 in 5
* Grouped with other Family Medicine physicians and mid-level providers for back-up coverage
* Half day off per week and one evening clinic per week
* X-ray and Lab onsite
* Part of / access to multispecialty clinic
* Employed multispecialty group of around 150 providers - Physicians, Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners
* Competitive two-year guarantee moves to a production compensation model
* Starting bonus
* Relocation assistance
