* These are 1 - 1.5 hours from Chicago
* Full-time, permanent opening
* Hospital-employed
* Outpatient only
* All age groups, treating entire families
* Network physician-led governance council
* Average patient load: 21-24 patients per day

* Salary (based on MGMA guidelines) with bonus incentive (based on WRVUs)
* Up to $100,00 in loan repayments!
