**Family Medicine Opening in Colorado**
*Located in Grand Junction, Colorado.*
* Based upon the expansion of several hospital service lines and continued measurable growth in our outpatient clinics, group is looking to add an additional Family Medicine Physician to its Primary Care Outpatient clinics.
**The Position Includes:**
* 32 Patient Contact Hours Per Week
* 100% Outpatient Practice
* Attractive and competitive base salary
* Group currently consists of high character, hardworking, experienced Family Medicine Providers that are fully supportive of the hospital with its expansion efforts.
* Productivity/quality bonus potential.
* Strong network of supporting specialists for consultations.
* Sign on bonus and Relocation assistance.

* Annual CME allowance.
* Hospital employee benefit package, including malpractice and matching retirement plan.
