* Openings in ***Castleton, VT*** (12 miles from Rutland) and ***Shoreham, CT*** (2 hours to Albany, NY)
* Full-time, permanent positions
* Employed opportunities
* Recruiting due to growth
* Joining an established practice with 4 FPs, 1 Pediatricians, and 2 IMs
* FQHC facility
* Certified Level III Medical Home
* A fully integrated practice management system and EMR
* After hours call (triage only) is shared among sites
* Call: very minimal at approximately 1 night/month
* Adult inpatient care is provided by Hospitalist program
* Pediatric inpatient care shared on a rotating basis by Pediatricians and FPs
* Flexible scheduling options
* A very competitive compensation and benefits package!

* CTO (paid time off); 4 weeks first 2 years, then 5 weeks
* Malpractice
* Relocation: up to $10k
