**Family Medicine with Surgical OB Opening in WI**
Located in Hayward, WI - 73 miles from Duluth
PRACTICE SPECIFICS:
Looking for a strong, patient-centered, team player with a desire to serve in a learning/teaching environment that will do broad-spectrum Family Medicine; OB is required, C-Sections are preferred!
Desire someone that loves the small-town atmosphere and a commitment to work/life balance
If this is you, join a current team of 7 Physicians, 6 APCs and Additional Staff
Admit to adjacent Hayward Area Memorial Hospital: 25-bed, critical access hospital
Outpatient and Inpatient Practice
On site lab, pharmacy & X-ray
Patient volume: 14-21 per day in the clinic
Current practice of 2 DOs and 5 MDs
Round at the local nursing home
Call is 1:11; schedule is approx. 3 days per month and 1 weekend a month (call is shared with other clinic in town)
Hospital has 24-hour ER coverage
LOCATION:
73 miles from Duluth, MN; 140 miles from Minneapolis/St. Paul
Service area: 8,000 in the winter months; 24,000 in the summer months
Hayward population: 7,000

SALARY AND BENEFIT PACKAGE:
