Full-time, permanent position.
**Compensation**
-High salary to cost-of-living ratio
-Base salary plus production bonus
-Signing Bonus, Student Loan Assistance
-Public Service Loan Forgiveness Program (PSLF)
-CME, Relocation Stipends
-200 hours of Vacation/CME, 6 days paid holidays, birthday pay, sick leave accrual up to 600 hours
-Medical, vision and dental insurance, life and long-term disability insurance, malpractice insurance
-403 (b) tax deferred annuity, 457 (b) deferred compensation retirement plan
**Position Overview**
-High primary care need in a rural setting
-Flexible schedule, option of extended morning or evening hours
-100% outpatient, no hospital call, light 1:3 practice call
-24-hour in-house adult and pediatric hospitalist services
-Supportive and collaborative medical staff, operations team and leadership
-Balanced professional and personal lifestyle
