**Family Medicine opening in Fort Wayne, IN**
* Location: Northeast Indiana - 2.5 hours from Chicago and 2 hours north of Indianapolis, 2.5 hours southwest from Detroit
* Metro area population over 400,000
* Main hospital is 396 beds
* Full time, permanent
* Opportunity to join existing practices or startup locations based on your preference
- Largest Setting is the Multi-Specialty Group with 25+ Family Medicine physicians as part of larger medical group with 15 office locations.
* Opportunity to design your own practice you may provide 100% outpatient services, mix of outpatient/inpatient services. No option to practice OB.
* Very flexible and customizable work schedules
* Average of 18-25 patients per day (all ages)
* Freedom to focus on subspecialties i.e. OB, geriatrics, diabetes, etc.
* Hospital affiliated group
* Seeking BC/BE Family Medicine physician within 5 years of completing residency
* ER call is not required
* Two large call groups for the practice - great quality of life
* These are primarily 100% outpatient practice settings. However, there is an option for traditional inpatient/outpatient mix if desired.
* Full hospitalist service is available if you choose to utilize
* Family practice residency program enables you to mentor and train physicians and provide faculty services if desired. In addition you may elect to be involved in many physician led committees and research projects
**Compensation and Benefits:**
* Length of Employment Contract: 3-5 years
* Salary Range: $200,000 to $230,000
* WRVU incentive: Rate = $45 to $46 per WRVU
* Commencement/Signing Bonus: up to $50,000 (combined)
* Medical Education Debt Assistance: up to $100,000
* Residency Stipend: up to $2,000 per month until completion of residency
* Quality Bonus: up to $30,000 per year.
* Mid-Level Supervision: $1,500 per month per midlevel
* Relocation Expenses: up to $15,000
* 401K Retirement
* CME (5 days), Licensure, Dues, Subscriptions: $5,000 to $5,500
* Vacation: 4 weeks
**Candidate Criteria:**
* Availability: 2018 or Q1 2019.
* Graduating, Military or Experienced
* If Experienced, must be BC within 5 years of completion of residency
* Will consider IMGs
* No Visa Candidates We do not qualify for O1s, J1s, H1Bs nor H1s.
