**Hematology/Oncology opening in Wisconsin**
* Located in ***Appleton, WI*** - Green Bay 33m; Milwaukee 107m
If you are looking to join a team-based collaborative cancer care program as a BE/BC Hematologist Oncologist and share a similar vision, we'd like to hear from you!
- Full time, permanent
- Join our growing team of 12 Oncologists and 15 Advanced Practice Providers
- Growing Research Program-grant funded through NCI (National Cancer Institute)
- 5 Tumor Sites of Excellence (Breast, Head/Neck, Hematologic Malignancies, Thoracic & GI)
- Outreach Clinic 1-2 days per week
- 4 days of patient care and 1 day of admin
- Strong primary care referral base with approximately 150 employed providers
- Only breast center in Northeast Wisconsin to earn the American College of Radiology's Breast Imaging Center of Excellence designation
- Call is 1:12 and will be less as we add more to our team
- Receive dedicated support from your APC, Scheduler, Clinic RN and MA
- Inpatient Oncology Nurse Practitioner to add additional support
- EPIC EMR used throughout health system
Offer Details:
- Income Details: Competitive salary plus Quality & RVU Incentive

- PTO: 35 days inclusive of vacation, CME & holidays
- CME: $4,500/year
