No floor call after 7:00pm
No ER call after 4:00pm
Average 5-7 calls per shift

Tenured staff with up to 15-17 years of experience (average 10 years)
Communication via EPIC, email, text (provider preference)
Very high retention rate: 90-95%
Significant expansion to be completed in 2025
