Minimum Education Requirement : Graduate of Accredited Medical School. Board Eligible or Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
Minimum Experience Requirement : Must have completed a family medicine or internal medicine residency. Previous experience in group practice or hospital setting with broad scope of family practice or internal medicine experience preferred.
Minimum License Requirement : Current Federal Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate. Current West Virginia Medical Licensure. Fully credentialed according to Stonewall Jackson Memorial Hospitals Medical Staff By-laws to meet with needs of the Section of Primary Care.
