**Interventional Cardiology opening in Illinois**
* Located in ***Sterling, IL*** - 115 miles from Chicago
* A community of about 26,000 residents
* Full time, permanent
* Employed opportunity
* Joining a practice with an Interventional Cardiologists & 5 NPs, as well as RN and MA support
* Group is very busy and growing!
* Practice in an environment that will offer a comfortable work-life balance
* Looking due to community need
* Follow your own patients from the clinic through the Cath lab
* Two Cath Labs onsite
* A 24/7 operation and nurses are on call 24/7
* Pre-hospital staff has the capability to activate STEMI protocol from the field
* Hospital is a designated Chest Pain Center by the American College of Cardiology
* Call is 1:3
* Lucrative compensation and robust benefits packages!
The medical center is a 99-bed, community-based hospital in Sterling, IL with an employed physician model. We currently employ 68 physicians in 35 areas of medicine. In addition to our hospital and Main Clinic, there are 12 additional satellite facilities in the surrounding service areas.
Our location is the best of both worlds - the earning potential and comfortable work/life balance of a small town but with the amenities of Chicago just two hours away. There is very limited competition in our service area, and the array of activities in Sterling is unsurpassed for a town of its size.
