**Requirements**
* Board Certified
* Indiana licensure (no IMLC)
* ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
* Clean history
* 7-10 day estimated credentialing timeframe
**Details**
* Scheduled clinic hours plus call
* Rate: Negotiable (tell us your rate)
* Coverage: ASAP to Ongoing
* Inpatient and Outpatient
* Hospital/Surgery Center privileges required
* Temporary privileges available
* Admissions required
* Clinic Schedule
* Monday is no clinic (surgery day)
* Tuesday 8:30-11am in Wabash office
* Wednesday 8:30-4:30pm
* Thursday 8:30-4:30pm
* Friday 8:30-11am
* Locum is primary contact at night
* Average 25 patients on a full day
* Average of 12 patients are seen
* 4-5 support staff
* 100 delivers per year
* EMR Cerner
* For on-call, average patient volume/consult: 1-2 deliveries/week
