* Temp privileges available
* 20 patients per shift
* 20 beds in department
* Admissions required
* Round on assigned patients
* Estimated credentialing is 30 days

**Requirements**
* Board eligible or certified
* Alabama licensure (no IMLC)
* ACLS, BLS, PALS
* Supervision of APPs
* Clean history
**Facility**
* Level 2 Trauma Facility
* Level 2 PEDs Facility
* Support Staff: 2 RNs, 1 APP, 4 MAs, and 5 office staff
* Average approximately 300 deliveries per year
**Specialty Skills Required**
* Low and high risk pregnancy
* FHR interpretation - NST/CST/FSE
* OB Ultrasounds - Performance of, interpretation
* Level I/Screening (viability)
* Routine delivery: vaginal, low forceps, decision-making for c-section
* Complicated delivery: c-section, breech, multiple births, abruptions
* Repair of 3rd & 4th degree lacerations
* Office/minor gynecology - IUD, Cystoscopy, Colposcopy, cryosurgery, LEEP, etc.
* Surgical gynecology
* Open
* Laparoscopic diagnostic/minor only - tubal ligation, LOA's, chronal tubation
* Operative/major (includes diagnostic) - ectopic pregnancy, ovary removal, cystectomy, extensive LOA's
