Locum Tenens Plastic Surgeon (CALL ONLY) - Fort Wayne, IN
Dates: Ongoing Assignment

Rate: Negotiable: (tell us your all-inclusive rate)
Requirements:
Board certification required.
Clean malpractice and NPDB background.
Required certifications: ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS.
Fellowship preferred.
Active Indiana license not required, bids from providers with IMLC accepted.
Details:
Call coverage for the hospital's trauma program, including burns outpatients.
Coverage needed on Tuesdays and Fridays for half a day, with potential changes in the future.
Will accept multiple providers.
Inpatient setting with Cerner Hospital/Athena Practice EMR.
Need 4-5 Plastics Surgery Call Coverage for support of hospital's trauma program. All inclusive rate only. Will be covering burns outpatients as well on Tuesdays and Friday's half a day as of now and may be subjective to change in the future.
