- Pre-Surgical Sentinel Node Injections
- Radiographic confirmation of specimen resection
- Breast Ultrasounds
- Infant Head Ultrasounds
- Paracentesis
- Thoracentesis
- All Fluoroscopy cases:
~Barium Swallows
~Modified Barium Swallows with Speech Therapist
~Upper GI
~Small Bowel Follow through
~BE
~Steroid Injections
~Arthrograms
~Myelograms
~Port-a-Cath checks
- CT and US Guided Biopsies:
~Liver
~Breast
~Lymph Node
~Thyroid
~Bone
~Lung
- CT Guided Drainages
- Nephrostomy Tube Placements

Radiologist must be privileged as follows:
- Aspiration, Biopsy and Drainage Procedures using Ultrasound and CT Guidance
- Computerized Tomography
- Diagnostic Radiology
- Hysterosalpingography
- IV Conscious Sedation (IVCS) (administration of)
- Mammography
- MRI (Magnetic Resonance Imaging)
- Nuclear Medicine Exam, Diagnostic
- Percutaneous Aspiration & Biopsy of Deep Structures
- Percutaneous Urinary Drainage/Antegrade Pyelography
- Ultrasound Examination: Abdominal Exam
- Ultrasound Examination: Cardiac Exam
- Ultrasound Examination: OB/GYN Exam
- Transhepatic Cholangiography
- Venography
- Sonographic and Fluoroscopic Guided Percutaneous Interior Vena Cava Filter Placement
