Endovascular/Interventional Neurologist needed in Dothan, AL
Full time, permanent
Healthcare group seeks a fellowship trained physician with Neuro Endovascular training to join an expanding Neurosurgery program that treats adult patients. This Neurology trained Neuro Interventionalist will have access to a dedicated lab for Endovascular procedures. The Neurosciences team consists of 2 BC Neurosurgeons (one who is Cerebrovascular/Endovascular fellowship trained), medical Neurologists, Neuro Hospitalists, and Neuro Radiologists. Dothan, AL offers a short 90-min drive to the Emerald Coast beaches of Florida, a low cost of living, excellent educational facilities, and traditional southern hospitality.
PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS
Provide coverage for only one hospital, no travel required
Clinic is located on campus with easy access to hospital, Emergency Department, and surgical suite
Dedicated Neuro Interventional Lab outfitted with Siemens Artis Q Biplane and trained technicians
10-bed dedicated Neuro Critical Care Unit
24/7 subspecialty support available to include Pulm/CC, Anesthesiology, Vascular, and in-house Radiology
Robust IM Hospitalist service provides medical consultative support for non-surgical issues
