* Service area of 350,000 people

* Joining a well-established, busy practice
* Michigan State University teaching affiliation
* 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient mix
* Target patient load averages 12-16/day in the clinic
* Current Practice Structure: 3 Providers and 1 APP
* Multidisciplinary Brain and Spine Center inclusive of Neurology, Physiatry, Interventional Pain, Neurophysiology and Neuro/Health Psychology
* Schedule: Office is open 8am-5pm M-TR, 7:30am-4pm F. Anticipate call of 1:4 minimum
