**OBGYN Opening in Moses Lake, WA**

* Seeking an OBGYN to join our team due to community growth.

* Team consists of 2 Physicians and 2 ARNP Nurse Midwives when fully staffed.
* Anticipated 1:4 call shared with local OB/GYN physicians
* Lab, X-ray, CT scan and MRI onsite
* Multi-specialty clinic with specialists readily available for support
* 16 - 18 patients per day
* EPIC Electronic Medical Record
* Clinic hours: 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m.

**Work/Life Balance and Benefits**
* Compensation: First year salary guarantee is based on MGMA/AMGA median, compensation moves to RVU production in year two. Placement in a starting range is based on training, experience, certifications, etc. Actual salaries will vary based on a candidates qualifications.
* Time off: up to 11 weeks of time off (full time, five-day production work week after first year, non-immigration status)
* Government site qualified: HPSA Score 14
* Relocation expenses covered including packing: up to $20,000

* Board certified or board eligible physician
* Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
* Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
* Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
