**Oncology opening near Cleveland, OH - visa eligible**
* Located in ***Ashtabula, OH*** - just 60 miles from Cleveland!
* Service area of 98,000 people
* Full-time, permanent opening
* Hospital-employed position
* Joining a growing multi-specialty group practice with 50+ providers
* Affiliated with the Cleveland Clinic
* A 186-bed acute hospital with four Express Care locations
* Schedule: Monday - Friday
* Reasonable call
* EMR: Epic
**Infusion and Oncology Center:**
* Averaging 35 new chemo patients per month
* 210 chemo treatments per month
* Staffed with 5 RNs
* 15 treatment chairs; 6 exam rooms
* New on-site pharmacy
* On average, 20 inpatient consults per month, 10 new patients
* Bi-monthly tumor conference onsite (currently virtual)
* Offer Oncology and Hematology service with consistent referral base
* Ability to access tumor resources
**Competitive compensation and benefits:**
* Guaranteed salary for 2 years + Bonuses; 3rd year based on Productivity Model
* Based on years of post-training experience, incremental to benefits
