Seeking a board certified Orthopedic Surgeon to join their esteemed program as the Market Leader for Orthopedic Surgery in Winston-Salem, NC.
* Ideal candidate has a minimum of five years of experience as a physician leader.
* The role is clinical and administrative; 60/40.
* Leader would be responsible for the quality/safety/patient experience/financial/growth/strategy objectives of the market while working with an administrative dyad partner.
* Leads a group of 43 providers at 9 clinic locations and collaborates with the market leadership and administration of 7 hospitals and ASCs in the region.
* The Institute includes over 100 providers in 30+ locations across the state of NC and is nation-leading in advanced orthopedic care.
* Role reports to the system orthopedic surgery physician executive.
