Seeking a BE/BC Orthopedic Surgeon to join a multi-specialty group.
- Growing practice of three Orthopedic Surgeons and five Physician Assistants.
- Opportunity to join a supportive environment designed to guide your success.
- Be part of a 3 system network and Multi-Specialty Team to provide care and services across the North Country. With the opportunity to travel.
- Must be motivated, engaged and committed to providing quality driven care and be operationally driven to achieve optimal productivity and efficiency
- Play an integral role in the advancement and partnership of care across the network.
- Board Eligible/Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon
- Must be willing to do General Ortho with a mix of subspecialty interest Preference in Sports Medicine and Total Joint.
- Will enjoy Work life balance with a Monday-Friday daytime schedule with rotation call coverage.
Package Outline:
- Attractive Starting Salary plus wRVU Production Incentive once physician meets MGMA median threshold
- PTO 216 hours (includes vacation, personal, sick) plus 6 holidays
- Sign-on Bonus: up to $25,000
- Paid Relocation up to $10,000
- Annual CME allowance up to $5,000 and 5 days
- Loan Repayment
- Malpractice Insurance
- Health & Dental Insurance
- Life Insurance: Amount equal to $40,000 (additional coverage available at employees expense)
- Eligibility to participate in the Hospital 401K
- Long Term Disability Insurance
