- 7 physicians & 7 APPs 1 physician retiring or moving to PRN summer 2023 - Retiring physician does a lot of total joints
- $605,000 Production incentive opportunity Plus call pay
- Paid call
- ASC investment opportunity
- 6 physicians & 6 NPPs
- Call schedule: 1:7 but NPPs take call with them and are the first contacts
The service area encompasses about a 14-county area estimated at 200,000 250,000 population. The Mason City and Clear Lake communities are family friendly and the Mason City community is considered a regional referral center for medical care. Full spectrum of medical services available including fully staffed ED and hospitalist service.
