**Orthopedic Surgery opening in New Hampshire**
Located in Lancaster & Colebrook, NH - Montpelier, VT 66m; Manchester, NH 116; Portland, ME 118m
* Spend 3 days in Lancaster and 2 days in Colebrook (45 minutes apart)
* Monday - Friday (8a-5p with flexibility)
* 10 nights of on call per month (included in salary)
* Bill Rate: Based upon MGMA data:
* $661,000
* WRVU bonus potential - paid out in salary of the following year once target is hit, 50% pay out of anything above.
* Age Distribution: pediatric to geriatric, high elderly population in area
* Average 16-18 full day office visits
* EMR is Meditech Expanse, Dragon dictation
* Payer Mix: 40% Medicare, 15% Medicaid, 25% commercial, balance is other
* 2 years relevant experience
* Must be COVID vaccinated

* CME time and money - up to $4,000 and one week
