* 15-bed inpatient unit
* Outpatient clinic is imbedded in the family medicine practice.
* Will negotiate competitive salary
* $100,000 loan forgivable over 3 years
* Hospital offers exceptional surgery facilities and equipment
* Hospital is designated as a Top 100 Rural & Community Hospital by Chartis Center for Rural Health in each of the past five years
