**Psychiatry Director Opening in Albany, GA**

Seeking a dynamic Psychiatrist with a strong interest in academics to lead the establishment of a new Teaching Health Center Graduate Medical Education Program here in Southwest Georgia.
* This position would support the work of building a program, development of a training curriculum, recruitment of clinical faculty, retooling of clinical workflows to integrate residents, and providing assistance to our sites with becoming accredited in order to establish a Teaching Health Center Graduate Medical Education Program.
* The ultimate goal of the program is to help our community grow our health workforce by training psychiatrists in a community-based setting with a focus on rural and underserved communities.
* Very competitive compensation
* Board certified or board eligible
* Licensed in the State of Georgia or willingness to obtain license
* Experience with ACGME program requirements and establishment and development of PLA's required
