**Pulmonary/Critical Care opening in IN**
* Located in Lafayette, IN - Indianapolis 62m
* Seeking Board Certified Pulmonary/Critical Care Physician to join group of physicians in practice experience significant growth and high patient demands
* Monday Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
* 36 patient contact hours with 4 hours administrative time
* Hospital coverage one week followed by three weeks in clinic
* Clinic appointments 20 minutes for follow-up and 40 minutes for new patient visits
* Average Clinic Patients: 20-25 per day
* Average Hospital Consults: 22-24 per day
* Designated MA and RN support for each physician, phone triage nurse and 2 nurses who round during day call
* Call Expectations: One week of day call per month, following week day clinic and night call, following two weeks day clinic only
* Telehealth visits offered in both clinic and hospital with consults to rural health centers
* Outreach to Crawfordsville and Rensselaer 1-2 days per month, travel time <40 minutes, mileage reimbursement
* Opportunity to educate and train students
