- Full time
- Permanent
- $275K base plus productivity incentives based on RVU
- $15,000 relocation
- $25,000 sign on

- 70 80 labs daily, including imaging
- Manages hospital infusion-related concerns for patients
- Strong referral base, including approximately 65 primary care physicians
