**Urology opening in North Carolina**
* Located in ***Elkin, NC*** - 74 miles from Charlotte
* Service area of 135,000 people
* Full time, permanent opening
* Employed position
* Solo, but interest in adding PA/NP
* Taking over an established practice/patient panel
* Current provider sees 40-50 patients/day in clinic
* Schedule: 4 or 4.5 days/week
* Call: 10 days/month
* Called in routinely, but excellent co-management with Hospitalists/ED physicians
* Block time in OR: 3 times/week
* Equipment: Cystoscopes and sterile processing
* No robotics at this time
* Procedures: TURPS, Lithotripsy, Cystoscopy, etc.
* EMR: Currently Greenway in practice, switch to Cerner late 2023

* $525k base + RVUs
* Total comp opportunity to earn >90th percentile MGMA
